What’s not to like about this easy, go-to snack, lunch or dinner? The avocado toast trend is by far the yummiest and simplest way to fuel your body with a nourishing meal. Top it with sesame oil, lemon juice and sesame seeds and you got yourself an easy dish for any occassion!
2 slices of whole grain bread [toasted]
1 avocado [sliced]
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Salt [to liking]
Top the toasted bread with the sliced avocado; spread evenly. Drizzle the oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle the tops with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and salt to liking. Enjoy!
